The artist commented: "This song was written as an exploration of music that combines classic choral music elements such as pipe organ and choir into modern rock music. It is inspired by bands such as Ghost and was recorded to have a vintage, early metal feel to it. It started out as a small songwriting exercise on TikTok, where I have a small but loyal following. The viewers encouraged me to finish and release the track, so here we are!"
I love the dark riffs and the mood of the song, which features an anthemic and super catchy chorus (all of the instruments and vocals were performed by John, who also mixed the track). The production is perfect for the genre and the song is enjoyable from start to finish. There is also a very cool and proggy solo section, with some amazing drumming.
