Redwoods - On The Weekend

                                             

Redwoods is a band From the hills of Vancouver, BC comprised of four members: frontman Devon Webber, vocals and guitar; Aydn Graham on guitar; Chad Carlsen on bass; and Adam Likness on drums - They are all excellent musicians and their appeal is simple: energetic, invigorating, and entertaining fast and scrappy rock melodies.

This is their new single, called On The Weekend. The song starts with a frantic drum fill followed by energetic guitars and vocals, clean but punchy. The chorus is very catchy and brings me back to 80s hard rock, but with a modern sound. The song sounds fantastic and the performance of the band is great (check the guitar solo as well, towards the end of the song).
