Soulcase - The Attic (Acoustic Version)


Soulcase is a Croatian alt rock band. The band formed in 2019 when a group of friends decided to embark on a new creative adventure. Determined to develop their own and unique sound they started composing music. The first few songs were written as a result.

Inspiration for Soulcase originates from their personal experiences and the music expresses their feelings, ideas, concerns, relationships and doubts. In addition, similarly connected creative forms such as film and literature have a tremendous influence on their sound and lyrics. Soulcase crafts a simple yet vital formula for connecting listeners with fundamental emotions and feelings communicated by their songs by merging dark and strong riffs with captivating melodies.

This is their new single, called The Attic (Acoustic Version). The song is amazingly recorded and with a great video (see below) capturing the soul of the band. The best thing about the song, in my opinion, is the arrangement, you can hear lots of instruments like a 12-string guitar and a violin, adding value to the song which has also a great rhythm section, amazing vocals and a catchy chorus as well.
