Bailey And The Bad Habits - Stepping Stone

The Texas-based band Bailey and the Bad Habits combine country rock and blues to create a distinct type of red dirt. Raw lyrics and vocals, deep guitar solos, expressive percussion, and thundering bass combine to produce a well-rounded "no-gimmick" sound.

This is their new single, called Stepping Stone. The song starts with a tasty bass line and some great drumming fills. I love the guitar riffs, the solos, and the chorus, absolutely catchy. The song has lots of great parts and tasty details but it maintains a straightforward attitude. Both performance and production are spot on and the song is very enjoyable from start to finish.
