The band 5th Avenue combines many attributes: "cult band", "best Hamburg live band", and "Wacken pioneers"... But what remains, in the end, is the music. Rock from the waterfront - authentic, and straightforward.
This is their new single, called "
Corrupted, Corroded", which is their first single in seven years. The song has a special guest, Derek Sherinian who has recently released a new album with
Black Country Communion - V. The song starts with a contagious classic hard rock riff and it's very energetic but radio-friendly at the same time, with melodic but punchy lines. Quality solo section as well with inspired guitars and keys, blending perfectly together and with a cool rhythm section too. I find the song very enjoyable from start to finish and amazingly performed by the band. Give it a go by clicking on the Spotify player below and remember to follow
