Here is my usual list of what I listened to during this fairly hot August (at least in London, and by London standards). Among new releases, I gave a few chances to Aghori Mhori Mei, the new Smashing Pumpkins. About this one, I think there are some good ideas and a good sound but overall I wasn't impressed, honestly), still the new Deep Purple (very good!), and the new Dream Evil, Metal Gods, exactly what you expect from the band, if you know the band.
About old releases, I've listened to a few bootlegs by Pearl Jam, both on CD and Spotify (finally you can find them as well!), Falling into Infinity by Dream Theater (I'm appreciating this one more and more with time) AC DC's The Razors Edge (the first part of this album is amazing!). The Time of the Oath by Helloween, my favourite album by far of the Deris era, Antichrist Superstar by Marylin Manson, which is a strange album for me, with lots of songs I adore but lots of them I never liked. Also, it sounds great in my car's sound system.
