John Lindberg Trio is preparing for an exciting year in 2025, filled with new original music and innovative covers. The band has ambitious plans for releases and an extensive tour schedule that will take them across Scandinavia and beyond.
The band commented on their brand new single: "Cry Cry Cry is a rockabilly drama with five key changes. How do you make a difficult song feel effortlessly smooth? The track was recorded with a 1946 Gibson ES-300—Gibson’s first electric guitar model built after World War II. Definitely not the most ideal guitar for rock ’n’ roll, but it gave us the riff for the song and a sound that roars like a V8 engine at full throttle. This might be the most challenging track JLT has ever recorded, with all its twists and turns. So buckle up, hold on tight, and enjoy the ride!"
